As for our bread it’s not a hot dog bun, we bake our French bread fresh every day. As for just Vienna beef, that happens to be the most popular Italian beef in Chicago. I’m glad you are sticking with Diane on Colfax. Hopefully she can please you. Oh by the way, it happens to be Vienna beef there also.

Hello Alicia, I’m sorry that you had an order of nachos that weren’t up to our standards. Mistakes happen and I wish you would have told your server Sophia on Friday evening. We’re not perfect and if we goof we take care of it. We do have check and balances to try to be accurate as possible. First our kitchen staff is trained to be consistent with every product. Second our servers are trained to thoroughly look at every plate they delivery to make sure it looks proper. Third our servers ask three times during your meal if everything is ok and can they get you anything else. Fourth and last they are trained to look at your plate when picking it up. If a considerable amount of food is left they ask If the food was ok. Most of the time the customer will say their eyes were bigger than their stomach, but if there was a problem they will take note and take care of it with the customer. I talked to Sophie about you order and she said the order looked good and she came back to your table three times and not only were there no complaints the two People with you complimented on how good their meals ( Mexican Hamburgers) were. When asked if any of the nachos were left uneaten she said no. Again I’m not saying we are perfect, no one is, but please let us know at the time. The servers will certainly fix the issue. As for not coming back again as a regular customer because of one meal, That we probably did make a mistake on, that makes me sad. I hope you find that elusive restaurant that never makes a mistake. We do try and do take your comment to heart.
