Great smash burger. Taste was really good. Something that sets it apart from other burgers, aside from the bun, was the absence of grease. This was not greasy at all and was a complete surprise. Very fresh! Food: 5 Service: 5

Thanks Jorge — we're so glad you enjoyed the smash burger. It's great to hear the bun, flavor, and lack of greasiness made a positive impression. We pride ourselves on fresh, high-quality ingredients and are happy it stood out. Hope to see you back soon.

I am a repeat customer of Wulf Burger at two of their locations (Allen, Richardson), doing both dine-in and pick-up, and usually the food here is good with great vegan options that I really appreciate. But there were quite a few mistakes with my order today that I unfortunately cannot overlook. The side sauce was missing from my order entirely, the avocado and pickles I requested on my burger was missing as well. Since they charge extra for the avocado ($1.20) and sauce (.50 cents), I was quite let down. I think it is usually better to dine in here than do pick up orders — since I have had minor issues with my pick up orders in the past with both locations, but today’s was by far the worst (Allen location). See attached photos. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: Vegan burger available

Thank you for being a repeat customer and for highlighting our vegan options; I’m very sorry your Allen pickup was missing the sauce, avocado, and pickles and that you were charged for items you didn’t receive. That falls short of our standards and we will review this with the Allen team and reinforce pickup checks. We’d like to make it right with a refund or account credit for the missed charges and can remake the order for pickup or offer a replacement on your next visit, so please contact the Allen location or our customer support through the app and we will process this promptly. We appreciate your feedback and hope to restore your confidence in our pickup service.
