Yesterday I placed an order via iFood, paying with pix. Payment was made and shortly afterwards the store canceled it saying it was unable to deliver. The store certainly knew in advance that it would not be able to deliver, so the question remains: why did they put the store online and ready to receive orders? To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund and the store hasn't even bothered to apologize. Be warned: only order from places that have the capacity to deliver what they sell and care about the customer and their own image. The least I expected was a better attitude from X Gordao, such as concern about whether I was reimbursed along with an apology but I didn't even get that. The damage and neglect remained.
