일단 이 음식점은 鑫菜 sin1cai4 이렇게 쓰고 읽어야 하는데 sinchai 라고 써놓고 중국사람이 하는 집이라고 하는데, 이게 어떻게 된 영문인지 모르겠음. 소고기마라탕을 시켰는데, 마비되는 맛은 없고 맵기만 한게 이게 짬뽕인지ㅜ마라탕인 지 도무지 분간이 되지 않음. 그냥 한국사람이 중국사람 주방장 데리고 시작한 비즈니스 모델인지 모르겠지만 최악!
