Compared to years prior it was mediocre. The selection and quality of food were was worse than before - they didn’t even have real Turkey - only dry Turkey breast which is absurd. 24 percent mandatory tip charged prior to tipping and waiters didn’t even serve drinks or tea/coffee- only refilled water. Had to stand in line in open cash bar to order alcohol and get own coffee for me and my parents - what was I tipping for ?!? They didn’t even clear plates till asked.

This was our third Thanksgiving at NINETEEN. It was definitely the best! The other two years were excellent, or we would not have revisited. This year it was extra special. We sat in the Pearl Room which is so beautiful. I liked the idea of having three rooms to visit for buffets. Food was wonderful and plentiful. I would recommend NINETEEN as a thanksgiving tradition!!

The Bellevue is a stately hotel and the XIX serves breakfast in a lovely room located in a high floor with some nice window views. The food was alright but the quality and presentation were not at the usual level for a high end restaurant. Service was friendly and helpful.
