So disappointed with Xi. The place was less than 25% full but the service was lackluster. We ordered roast duck with pancakes but they didn't serve them together. The duck was not sliced for pancakes either. When we asked to have our leftovers to go, it took a long time before we got them. And we were served THE WORST Old Fashioned drink we ever tasted. 2 sips were all we could muster. We told the manager but he just apologized. Didn't offer to remake it or comp it. The only saving grace was the fried rice and salted egg prawns. The place was beautiful, quiet, even sophisticated but the service and food failed it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Today is my second time using it. The food is all excellent. It's on par with five-star hotels in other countries. But the friendliness and kindness of the staff are even better than the food. A good meal is more than just a taste experience. So I will remember it as the best food ever. Thank you to Mike and the staff.
