We came dine in twice so far. Literally just ordered too much food cuz so good. The customer service is fabulous. Also, the owner is so patient and polite to host everyone. During the soft opening, ppl were complaining about service. Come on! Just soft opening. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! The food definitely is authentic Chinese Xi’an! Good job, team Xi’an Kitchen folks! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely ridiculous service. We arrived at 1:45 PM and joined the waitlist for 4 people. There were only 3 small parties ahead of us, and a lot of people were also waiting behind us. During the 45-minute wait, multiple tables stayed open but were left sitting with dirty dishes instead of being cleaned and turned over. At 2:35 PM, after making everyone wait, we were told they stop seating at 2:30 PM because they close at 3:00 PM. If that’s the policy, it should be said upfront instead of wasting people’s time on the waitlist. Poor service, poor table management, and terrible communication. We will definitely not be coming back. Service: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
