This cheese is different, light, it doesn't leave you feeling heavy after eating. It's a good size, not too big and tasty. I chose the onion entrecot cheese with gorgonzola and I thought it was delicious! There are indoor and outdoor tables and the service is very attentive. I recommend the place! Vegetarian options: There are three vegetarian cheese options that looked very appetizing! I left a photo of the menu with the details. On the day, my wife and I were dying to eat cheese and we had been wanting to try badin's cheese for a long time, since every time we go out to eat cheese, it's always somewhere different, for that reason I can say, it was a huge disappointment. I'll start with the size of the xis (which is one of the most important points of any xis worth its salt) it's tiny, the size of a clenched fist, so imagine paying 33 or 38 reais for a small xis, yeah. The wait staff seemed lost, the girl who served unfortunately couldn't handle all the orders and ended up forgetting our drinks. The place is very small and the tables and chairs are very close to each other. Anyway, the cheese isn't bad and it's not good either, it's just another average cheese for almost 40 dollars. That said, however, we need to first align some of the points you made, ok?! First point: the bread in our cheese is 15cm in diameter. It's our standard. Neither bigger nor smaller. They are 15cm in diameter. Which is obviously bigger than the size of a closed fist. Second point: here at Xis do Badin, what we value is quality! Our bread is always new, the salad is always fresh, all hamburgers are made here and with selected ingredients, our homemade mayonnaise is made with pasteurized egg... Anyway... It's this type of detail that we consider important to have a “cheese worth its salt” . Third point: we are sorry that your drinks were forgotten. It's not our standard of service and anyone who is our customer knows... But I'm sure you didn't run out of drinks during lunch, right?!
