I never expected a random burger place I walked into to be this good! The menu is full of unique combinations that you don’t often see, and they’re genuinely delicious. Take your time reading through the menu—you’ll almost certainly find something that suits your taste. The burger patties had a beautifully crispy crust while staying juicy inside. I ordered La Risketona, which combines a beef patty with sobrasada, and the addition of Risketos corn snacks was surprisingly brilliant. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. The only small suggestion is that they became a little rich halfway through. A touch of Dijon mustard in the truffle mayo would balance the richness perfectly.
