The Birra Tacos are cooked in its juices which is to why they are ‘ soggy ‘ every cafe and place has their own style of cooking them. The Kids Patty is 100% beef straight from the local butcher not even 500m down the road. We will definitely let them know their beef is full of Gristle! Feedback is always great! With the paying for sauce unfortunately these things cost money, the container the sauce it all adds up. It’s quite standard to pay for sauce at every cafe or place these days even McDonald’s makes you pay for extra sauce. We are just a corner cafe! we are so sorry the Benny wasn’t up to your liking, and that’s so great you have gotten great Bennys are other cafes in town owned by locals! You were more than welcome to let the team know when they approached your table we would have fixed it right then and there. To the table water no unfortunately we don’t do table water we have a small space and we personally think it’s disgusting serving our customers water from where we clean our dishes / prep area. It’s more hygienic this way to purchase sealed bottled water for everyone’s health and safety.
