We saw this restaurant while we were walking around Eastwood mall and it caught our eyes since the decor looked so nice and calming. The servers were nice. We tried their chicken and pork tonkatsu which tasted okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. We also tried their gyoza which was good. I liked the rice and miso soup that comes with the tonkatsu. Overall, I think their food lacks some flavor. And kind of pricey tho.

Not a good experience with this branch. Tried this is megamall and it was all good. But this branch here in Eastwood mall has poor custoner service. Their price on the menu is different when ee paid for our bill. No note whatsoever that their price changed. Then they punched our orders only to tell us it is not available for take out. And the long wait time is really a pain for the customer. Disappointed.
