A wonderful place in the heart of Kash, where you'll want to leave your heart too. :) We kept returning to Pell's during our trip for several reasons: the amazing atmosphere of the hidden garden, the truly special food, and the cocktails beyond praise. The staff also deserves a special mention. Serap will ensure you're completely comfortable, and Asım will read your mind and create just the right cocktail for you. Masters of their craft are the essence of this establishment. A final note: not all the food will appeal to casual diners. Some dishes are quite eccentric and not quite as Europeanized, but for me, this was more of an advantage than a drawback.
