I had a very disappointing experience at "You" coffee shop. I ordered an espresso, but the cup was dirty. When I brought this to the barista's attention, he was extremely rude and dismissive, claiming he couldn't see the dirt and refusing to replace the cup. His attitude was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I then went to the cashier to request a refund, which was processed without any questions or apologies. It's clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. I also had to ask for the manager's contact information because no one seemed concerned about addressing the issue. I expected much better from a place like "You." Unfortunately, I won't be returning and would not recommend this coffee shop to others. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
