Owner is really rude. All i did was say hi after waiting for 3 mins without anyone attend the counter. He told me to either wait or leave.

Not worth it for me to drive all the way from Winthrop to spencer village just to taste this below standard char quay teow and Hokkien fried noodles .
Lady at the counter bad attitude too .
Never again .

Ya Kwang sell the worst Char quay teow in Perth . Lady at the counter very rude too . Live in Perth for 40 years know where to get the best CKT and Laksa in Perth . Absolutely not Ya Kwang in spencer village . Singaporean who are craving for Singapore food . Wong cafe in parry ave bullcreek sell the best CKT Laksa and hor fun egg sauce in Perth .

Drove quite a distance to try Ya Kwang. However, we were disappointed when we had the popiah which was bland and soggy. Lo Bak was also small on serve for price. Overall a disappointing experience.
