Poor Food and Terrible Customer Service at Yai's Kitchen. Yesterday, I ordered a Shrimp Tom Kha Soup to-go from Yai's Thai Kitchen.  The soup both looked and tasted like sour milk with mushrooms in it. I called Yai's and spoke with Carolina, who after I explained that I was unable to consume the soup, told me that the restaurant was about to close and she would have to "try" to look into it and talk with the chef. She explained no one else had complained about the soup "that day" but she would look into it. Today, Carolina called me back to say that she and the chef decided that the soup was good and that they would not consider "making it right". Sad day when the customer experience means nothing to the establishment. This will be my first and last time patronizing Yai's. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at another Thai restaurant.
