Excellent establishment, I have ordered takeout and delivery several times. Everything was delivered in good condition, the baked rolls were hot. Placed an order. They brought it. All rolls are dented and not made carefully. Well, so what, they turned out to be far from the most delicious in the city. Judging by the reviews, they serve sushi that is not carefully made, even inside the establishment. We contacted support, but there was no response. We won't order again. The salads are disgusting. Caesar alone was spoiled beyond belief. The delivery is always underweight. Toys/gifts are not included in children's bento boxes. After the fact they report “finished.” Desserts are delivered either without berries or without toppings. The necessary equipment is not always provided. I used to love Yaki and ordered it 2-3 times a week. Now the price tag doesn't match the quality. Not in the restaurant itself, much less during delivery. Today will be my last order from them.
