Hidden gem, the place was great, very neat, cozy and welcoming. We ordered 2 pisco sours, maracuyá and traditional, they were both well made with the right amount of alcohol. All of our dishes were delicious, we ordered the octopus, the ceviche trio, the tuna tartar and the sushi roll acevichado, this last one was our favorite. We were so full we just didn’t have more room for dessert but will definitely try it on our next visit. Please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. I almost forgot to mention that the service was excellent, our server was very prompt and helpful. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited Yaku Peruvian Cuisine and was seriously impressed by both the food and the experience overall. I ordered the ají de gallina and the tallarín verde with steak, and both dishes were outstanding. The ají de gallina was incredibly flavorful and comforting — rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned without being too heavy. You could tell it was made with care and authentic Peruvian flavor. The tallarín verde with steak completely stole the show for me though. The pasta was fresh and full of that vibrant, herby flavor, and the steak was cooked perfectly: tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Every bite tasted high quality. What really stands out about Yaku is the potential this restaurant has. The food already feels like something you’d expect from a much more established and well-known spot. With consistency and continued passion, I genuinely believe this place can become one of the best Peruvian restaurants in the area. Restaurants like this deserve attention because they bring real flavor, authenticity, and creativity to the table. The atmosphere was welcoming, the presentation was beautiful, and the service made the experience even better. You can tell there’s ambition behind this place, and it shows in every detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others. Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
