We had the [Teine] Lobster, Hokkaido Seafood, and Shiretoko Beef Course and added on the half-sized king crabs - it was absolutely delicious! We had dinner at the counter seats and they shifted us to another room with seats facing the window for dessert and tea/coffee (: Highly recommended when you want to pamper and treat yourself or your family! The night view was gorgeous from Level 22. Overall - good food, good view, good atmosphere! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: If you don’t take beef, so inform the restaurant in advance before your reservation date so they can switch it to all seafood course

I visited Teppanyaki Yamanami, located on the 22nd floor of Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo, for lunch. I ordered the Chef’s Lunch (7,000 yen, 100g of sirloin) and added a fillet steak as well. Both the sirloin and the additional fillet were made with Shiretoko beef and were more than delicious enough, offering excellent quality for the price. The cooking and service were well paced, allowing me to enjoy the meal in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The garlic rice felt a bit underwhelming, but the grilled mixed-grain rice with mackerel had great flavor and was very enjoyable. It was nice to see some creativity in the side dishes as well. Considering that this is a teppanyaki restaurant inside a hotel, the pricing is very reasonable, and it offers a satisfying and high-quality dining experience. This tenppayaki restaurant is located in Keio Plaza hotel in Hokkaido and near to Sapporo Station. This is one of the best Tenppayaki i have ever taken so far and one look at the chef you know he is a culinary master and take pride in his cooking. We ordered the lobster and beef set and came with appetizer, dessert and coffee. All the dishes were so good and it was our last nignt in Hokkaido, this meal really made our trip more memorable.
