We were here for THREE LONG HOURS, genuinely. The customer service is not good for a restaurant that had quite the reputation. We weren't prioritized, considering that there were other customers that could have been assigned to a different table to accommodate us. We were practically paying for the time to be here. And I don't understand WHY they couldn't accommodate us. Is it because we're students? We had the money to pay for the food, so I don't understand why they'd have to accommodate others before us. After an hour of waiting for a TABLE, me and my friends finally got to sit down. We then placed our order, and we soooo hungry and soooo excited to get our food. But of course, we had to wait for another 2 HOURS. We were getting tired of waiting, we even almost cancelled order. Why? Because other people that just sat down got their food before us. One more frustrating thing was the fact that they served OUR ORDERS to other customers first, and they didn't tell us about it. We had to ask and confirm with them and admit the fact that they did something wrong with the orders. The promised 45 minute wait turned into 2 HOURS, literally. The bowls that were served to us weren't in the best condition as well, and when the food was finally served to us, the presentation was obviously rushed. Our long-awaited dinner with friends turned into a disappointing one. The food was honestly delicious. It's just the customer service that ruined most of the experience. Train your staffs, please. Edit: 3rd time coming back. Sulit talaga ang quantity and quality without breaking the bank. Busog na busog ako and each time, nasa 300+ lang ang bill ko. Super sulit! Will definitely come back. Masarap ang food, okay ang customer service, malinis, malamig, malaki ang serving size. 20/10 haha! Exceeded my expectation lalo na sa price ng food nila. Price per person: ₱1–500
