I ate Ezuriko for the first time. It looks soft at first glance, but it contains a lot of hard korocha and is very filling. The taste is also delicious with natto miso. However, it is no good if it is slimy. In particular, my wife's kimchi natto that I ate with her was slippery. Ramen should be hot. No matter how delicious it is, it can't be slimy. I didn't feel that way at other Yanagiya stores, so maybe this is the problem at this store. president! It's not running on TV, it's Kaizen.
