Subject: Feedback on Original Fresh Cream Roll Quality Dear YTM Team, During my recent purchase of the Original Fresh Cream Roll at Nangang Exhibition Center, I was pleased to find that the cream quality and texture were as excellent as always. However, I noticed an unusual condition with the cake layer this time. The outer surface of the sponge cake seemed particularly dry, which might have been related to baking time, oven temperature, or ambient conditions. The cake surface also appeared darker than usual, with visible bubbles/holes, and the cross-section showed a clear color difference between the outer layer (lighter yellow) and the inner layer (deeper yellow). Since this is the first time I have experienced the cake layer being noticeably dry, I would kindly suggest that the Quality Assurance team review and monitor this aspect to ensure consistency in product quality.
