We ordered the meat platter for three at Yaran and it was absolutely excellent. The food was very, very nice – perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and generously portioned. Every piece of meat was tender and seasoned beautifully. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere and was spotlessly clean, which made the experience even better. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. On top of that, the prices are really good for the quality and amount of food you get. Overall, a fantastic dining experience – we’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Yaran to anyone in Edinburgh. I spent 6 days in Edinburgh and Yaran Restaurant was the absolute highlight of my trip! I visited twice coz the first experience was awsome. For dinner, the Chicken Kabuli Pulao was incredible, perfectly cooked and authentic. I came back for the Chicken Tikka along with some amazing hot drink. The environment is spotlessly clean, and the service is truly amazing. They make you feel so welcome. A must-visit if you’re in the city!
