I am sorry you were not happy with the service today.However our staff would have served you as soon as the ran out the hot food to customers who had been waiting for their meals. I am sure if you were that customer you would not want cold food which is why it took priority. I am sorry you could not wait a couple of more minutes to be served when the shop was very busy and there were only 3 of us to serve nearly 500 people today on the busiest day of the year for our small shop. Normally we get to everyone very quickly but we are only human and do our best Have a great 2025
