The pancakes were fluffy, perfectly golden, and paired with just the right amount of Nutella – an absolute treat! The warm and welcoming atmosphere, along with the friendly staff, always makes us feel right at home. Staff were extremely rude, no greeting or smile when I went to order. There were no other customers at the time yet I was glared at when politely asked for the table in the sun to be cleared, as it was cold at the shaded tables. After 30 mins 2 hot drinks were not brought to the table yet the food & other hot drinks ordered were. I simply (& nicely) questioned this & the waitress just stormed off, then the cashier yelled out from the counter that they were ready & I then had to leave the table to collect them myself, they were cold & had obviously just been sitting on the counter for a while. When the food was delivered it was hastily dumped down on the table, no smile or words, the waitress seemed angry. Never have I encountered such rudeness, it was very uncomfortable for me & my family. The bad service was mainly from the young lady with the dark hair. On a positive note, my kids did enjoy their meals, otherwise I'd give zero stars if possible. Such a shame as previously I'd had a nice pleasant experience there.

Did not have a chance to experience the service. We walk in and had a look at the outside area and we’re pretty disappointed with the lack attention to cleanliness. The floor is covered with food debris especially under the table. So decided to somewhere else
