Renzo is an absolute master , his precision, passion, and technique show in every detail of his ceviche. The freshness of the fish, the balance of citrus and spice, and the smooth, vibrant flavor profile prove that they truly known how to elevate ceviche to its highest level. Of all the ceviches I’ve tried in Miami, this place is the closest thing to being in Peru. The flavors are authentic, bold, and exactly what real Peruvian ceviche should taste like.
