They cheat on the bill! The price listed on the menu differs from the handwritten total they bring you on a slip of paper. They don't even issue a fiscal receipt. The food isn't tasty, and the portions are small. Only the view is worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
