Had a steak which was way undercooked with chips and everything else cold. Partner ordered the same and hers was fine. Her daughter had seafood which was also fine but biggest complaint was with service. Waitress was really nice although clearly overstretched. I did mention to her my complaint and she said she would sort this out however we left after 10 or so minutes of waiting for resolution. I suspect she was told not to worry about us as she looked a little sheepish when we left.
