this is my must visit every time i’m in tokyo. the menu is somewhat seasonal so there’s a new thing to try every time, but my favorites remain the same: karaage, kanpachi carpaccio, cod milt (both raw and fried). paired with a spicy lemon gin sour, I’ll be standing and yapping for hours.
