I was in the mood for a good curry and wandered into Yellow what I got was a great curry and an excellent conversation and a warm welcome from the cook. His English was far better than my Japanese so we got to discuss hometowns, differences in curry recipes, and life in general. One of those unscripted moments in traveling that I’ll always remember, not to mention the chicken curry melts in your mouth. 10/10 experience in Fukui!!!
