Yellowbell, which opened its doors in September 2024, offers a fresh yet timeless dining experience inspired by the resilient Yellow Bell flower of the Southwest. Led by Executive Chef Alfredo Alvarez, the restaurant showcases authentic Southwestern cuisine made with locally-sourced ingredients from small farms and regional producers. A warm, inviting atmosphere with an enigmatic buzz sets the stage for a menu that celebrates heritage and community, complemented by a beverage program honoring agave-based spirits, curated by a team passionate about the craft. Every detail reflects the rugged beauty, strength, and vibrant traditions of the Southwest.

Came on a Friday night and it was very quiet. Having said that we were seated right away and the service was very good. We tried the mole meatballs, mango habanero wings, a steak, and a chicken sandwich. The meatballs were fantastic. The mole was so good. Being a Mexican, I'm very picky about mole, but this one was surprisingly delicious. The wings had some good heat to them. The steak was juicy and flavorful. Chicken sandwich was solid. All in all, a great dining experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My husband and I recently had a lovely evening together at the Camby for Valentines Day. We kick started it with the Rare Magic show (highly recommend!) and for ease of convenience made dinner reservations at the Yellowbell. I would love to acknowledge the hostesses who made sure to make a great first impression. Our food was of hotel restaurant quality but they do get an A+ for presentation. The roses for the women was a very sweet gesture! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
