This is one of our go-to places for take out when we have people over. The kids like their black bean and tofu and their salt pepper ribs dish. Priced have gone up in the past years, like everything else. Service has always been friendly. The interior looks pretty dated so we've not eaten there but for take out it's great.

Went to the website to order. When I picked up the food the charge was 50% higher. When I asked why it was higher than the website, she said, we don't have a website.
Scam? I don't know. Buyer beware.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing & the food are delicious. No mistake spotted, waiters serving food very carefully, especially when they served us dumplings soup. The shrimp is astonishing, sweet flavored with some walnuts as well. The beef they served us are really tender. The restaurant even recommend people to sanitize their hands & the staff themselves even wear masks, too. Way better than most of the Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego I have eaten. For those who wants to meet friendly staff, Yenchim Garden Restaurant is a good place.
