Rating is due to meeting expectations within reason in which Yes Buffet has met. You know what to expect when you come in here, and that isn't a $30 or even a $20 buffet experience. This is pretty much a fast food combo price but for a variety of dishes, cuisines, service, etc. Some of the food is actually decent like spring rolls, chicken skewers, egg drop soup, other fried chicken items, rice, and so on. I cannot speak about Mongolian or sushi as I haven't tried them but that adds to my point of a variety of options at a low price. You also have Sriracha, soy sauce, other seasonings available at your table or at the buffet to add to your dish. A key drink they have here is Big Red, so that is automatically for me, constitutes a star on its own. I'll be back here again.
