Am I the first foreign reviewer? I tried to go twice before and was turned away. It was a bit full but I sense they are wary of outsiders. This time I was alone and got in (at first they said they were full but relented as I was by myself). I have been to many tachinomiya and I can say this one is special. The food was also good. There were comments like ``People who can't drink are a nuisance'' and ``If you order alcohol at a slow pace, they put a lot of pressure on you'', and I thought the atmosphere of the restaurant had changed, but that's not the case at all. Yocchan was the same as before. People who have a bad experience here are people who are not needed at this type of store, so you should reconsider the store you go to. There were two people, a man and a woman, who were asked to leave today, but they were clearly uninvited guests.
