It's a good place, however it's relatively difficult to have a sit because it's often close on the upper level. This is what Starbucks learned to do well: the customers sit wherever they want. Yoghurt Barn should take a good look at how to do hospitality better and organise consequently. Too little employees to bring the coffee upstairs? Let the customers bring their own. Too little employees to pick the trays from upstairs? Let the customers put them in a centered area when they are finished. And so on. Be smart!

Hi Ellis, we are sorry to hear that you did not always have a great experience in our Barn. It is indeed true that our top floor is regularly closed. The Barn in The Hague is very large and since we sometimes do not have enough staff, it is a conscious choice to sometimes close the top floor. This way our employees can still keep an overview.
