I have actually been a satisfied customer for years. However, since switching to the new ordering processes (touchscreen), the experience has been significantly worse. Ordering on the touchscreen feels like it takes forever and you wait much (!) longer for your order than before. At lunchtime or when you have to get on the train, it is currently no longer a good choice. I hope things get better. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I say that the New system is not a good idea. First it takes a lot of time to choose and order your food in the kiosk especially during the lunch break or peak hours. As customer i prefer the old store where there is a a fridge and the Sushi is on display and the packaging is transparent. Easy to see, easy to choose the combination just pick , pay & go! Bring back the old store because kiosk is not applicable for everybody! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
