Yorimichi, located on Kamitsukidashi Mimacho, is an intriguing hidden gem in the city of Mima. The restaurant exudes a unique charm, being situated in a farmhouse-style building reminiscent of a rural home. It’s conveniently positioned near the Mima Bus Terminal, adding a touch of accessibility for those passing through the area. Despite its location, Yorimichi isn’t widely known in traditional restaurant directories, with minimal coverage mainly found on platforms like Tripadvisor.
Regulars and visitors describe Yorimichi as a humble noodle shop offering simple udon dishes that lean towards a Kansai style, often noted for their softer texture. This might appeal to those looking for a quick, affordable meal. Occasionally, the shop features local produce up for sale, giving it a slight market feel. However, potential diners should be aware that its operating hours are unclear, with some mentioning a closing time around mid-afternoon. With limited seating options and a straightforward menu, the overall experience appears somewhat rustic yet authentic. While reviews might be outdated, the restaurant could be a worthwhile visit for those in search of a no-frills dining spot in Mima.

I really did it. This is Yorimichi on my way to eat Nagashi Somen that I saw in a magazine. This is a detour I wish I hadn’t taken (lol) The result is OUT! The inside of the store is like a barn! That's not to say that the barn is bad, but the udon is delicious! My father's friendliness is the worst! But I understand! If that's the case, then I can forgive the atmosphere of this barn (lol). After all, the most important thing is udon! It's not chewy. The noodles are too soft! Of course, it can't go down your throat! The onions are dry and the worst! No! Plus, the ginger is tuberous (lol) Even in this hot weather, there's no horn. Dad. Please be patient (lol) This, no, NO! It would be bad for my father if I kept doing it all the time, so let me just say that the price should be 200 yen cheaper! That's right (lol). The soup stock was delicious. By the way, the menu only has kake udon. It says handmade udon. In that case, let's compete over udon. . sorry(_ _;). The box of farm-fresh vegetables was empty that day, but I wonder if they usually sell fresh vegetables. They sell fresh vegetables, but the onions are dried out, right? ?
