We’ve been here on two separate occasions and the food has been consistently good. Prices are a bit bonkers but it’s worth it once in awhile to have some quality food. The bone marrow and the beef tartare are standout starters. The Australian striploin is a good cut of meat cooked well and the sauce is well balanced. The beef cheek and the burger are also pretty good. All the portion sizes are decent considering how rich the food is. They also have the best cheesecake in town hands down. Reservation is recommended because they’re always full but the staff is always so accommodating. The only meh thing is there cocktails. Price per person: Rs 10,000+ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

My experience at staten bar and grill at cinnamon life was great! Everything we ordered from the starters to mains and drinks were on point. It’s a restaurant with a chic ambience and the service is great as well. The portions were generous including the starters we had (Caesar salad and crab cakes) and the lamb chops which we had for mains and desserts as well (basque cheesecake). The staff were quick and efficient and service was truly exceptional. A special mention to the general manager Elric Natividad as well. Truly exceeded ky expectations and it’s a great place for those looking for steaks! I can’t wait to be back again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Staten Bar & Grill on our last evening in Sri Lanka and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the service is very professional. The steaks were perfectly cooked to the requested level, and we truly enjoyed the evening. A special thanks to our waiter Sachin, who was very friendly and professional and made our dinner even more enjoyable. Order type: Dine in
