A hidden gem in Sasebo. This family-run Izakaya offers an incredibly warm atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff. Every dish was delicious, but the mentaiko pasta was a standout - rich and perfectly seasoned. The grilled chicken skin had the perfect crunch, and both the horse and salmon sashimi were exceptionally fresh.
