We placed our order at 6pm via Delivereasy and the restaurant accepted. We spent an hour waiting for our order to arrive then got a call from Delivereasy to say You Hanoi Me would not honour the order and was not doing anymore online orders tonight. What a waste of time why accept the order and sit on it for a whole hour before cancelling it? Couldn’t they have cancelled it an hour ago? Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
