We were all alone with a chef that prepared a tasting menu for us. Dishes were fantastic and we even got to try matsutake which was served semi-raw in hot rice. The chef was great and while we had some language challenges, it was nothing that Google translate couldn't solve. This was one of the highlights of our trip and a truly unique experience.
