The cashier was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I waited in line for several minutes only to be told that the kitchen was closing, even though people who were in line before me were still able to order. When I questioned the cashier's decision, she showed no compassion or understanding. I spoke to a cook who confirmed that the kitchen was not actually closing yet, so it was clear that the cashier was lying to me. When I asked to speak to a manager about the cashier's behavior, I was shocked to learn that she was actually the manager herself. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service at Yug. The cashier's attitude and dishonesty ruined what could have been a pleasant dining experience. I will not be returning to this establishment.
