We attended Yujo’s special salmon event and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The evening began with a salmon-focused omakase that showcased a variety of preparations and flavors, and then transitioned into all-you-can-eat salmon dishes. It was such a fun concept and executed extremely well. Chef Win was fantastic—friendly, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. One thing that really stood out was that when we reordered items from the AYCE menu, they often came back with a different twist, whether it was a new sauce, garnish, or preparation. It kept the experience exciting and prevented the dishes from feeling repetitive. You could tell the team was putting thought and creativity into every plate rather than simply sending out the same thing over and over. The quality of the salmon was excellent throughout the entire meal, and the service was attentive and welcoming. If Yujo hosts another special event like this, we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend for anyone who loves sushi and appreciates chefs who go the extra mile to create a memorable dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
