Yukiguni used to be my favourite restaurant, their food was flavourful, the staff was tentative. But recently, the quality has gone down hill significantly: the rice was not fluffy any more, the way it was served was quite rough (rice sticking outside the bowl), the staff was just too busy to care, they just "threw" the dishes into the middle of the table, instead of placing in front of each customer. I hope they can improve and I will be adjust the rating. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
