I had the beef ramen at Yum Cha Asian Food and it was absolutely amazing! Just what I needed after a long flight. The portion was huge, with plenty of meat and perfectly cooked noodles — just the way I like them. It was impossible to finish it all because it could easily feed two or even three people, but it was so satisfying. Real soul food!
