Yumi deserves 1 star because of the service and atmosphere. In my opinion customers should be the main priority, but me and my friends ordered a table for 6 people at 19:30. Everything went after plan, where we got there 2 mins before and were excited to get to try the new place out. All this changed when we waited 20 mins to even get some attention from the staff. There was no line indicating that we had to wait for the staff to take us to our table and we noticed more and more people piled up at the entrance waiting for a table, so we went to the cashiers and told them we had ordered a table for our time, but we were just sent back to the entrance to wait for a waitress who should've taken us to our table. We waited ANOTHER 10 minutes for a waitress, and when it finally was our turn, they told us that there were booking problems resulting in our table being taken by others.... unbelievable. We therefore left the restaurant. Food: Never got to taste it Service: Not trained enough, since a lot op people were waiting in line for over 20 mins. Atmosphere: People sitting at some tables were complaining that they hadn't gotten their food after an hour of waiting and some people saying they only had ordered once in the 2 hours reserved time for the buffet. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
