Finally tried Yummi Banh Mi at Resident Culture's food truck Friday. The grilled pork is my go-to and it was a solid banh mi. The price felt a little high but it's on par with Charlotte food prices.

I don't know what it is, but I just love banh mis. They are whats right with the world. This food truck has several locations where they post up, just check social media. I had the pleasure to see them outside the new BOA building in the perimeter and posted. They were all so nice and prompt in preparing and delivering to me a nice, warm delectable banh mi. I was hungry and it definitely hit the spot. Chicken banh mi was my go to. Wherever I see them, I will not leave without a banh mi.

Excellent Rice Bowls. Loved the fresh light and spicy combo with the tofu. The friendly service was a plus.
