Ordered my usual fried seafood combo thru Grubhub delivery. Everything was excellent, EXCEPT THE FISH WAS GROSSLY OVERCOOKED. I neglected to take a photo but it was clearly apparent as soon as I opened my container I would've broke a tooth eating it! This is def my LAST time ordering here. CONSISTENCY IS KEY as it relates to FOOD QUALITY. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3

If I could I would give this restaurant a negative star rating. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the behavior of one of your staff members during a recent visit to Yummy Garden. On 6/4/24 at around 7:35 pm I was delivering food to a customer from your restaurant when I encountered a very rude and unprofessional waiter (asked his name but no one gave me he wear glasses). As soon as I arrived, the waiter began shouting at me to confirm the order, repeatedly saying "confirm, confirm" in a loud and aggressive manner. When I calmly asked why he was shouting and mentioned that he should know better about customer service, he dismissively responded, "you're just a driver." I was appalled by this response. No one deserves to be disrespected in such a manner, regardless of their role. As a delivery driver, I strive to provide excellent service to our mutual customers, and I expect to be treated with the same respect and professionalism in return. This experience was extremely upsetting, and I believe it reflects poorly on Yummy Garden's reputation. I request a formal apology from both the waiter involved and from you as the owner. Such behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed to ensure it does not happen again in the future. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery
