Such friendly staff, so accommodating. The Mochi was fantastic, and the kitsune egg tofu udon was amazing. The amakaze drink was delicious(we had it cold). The place is so affordable and was amazing after our hike in nara park. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter discovered this place when she was a 3rd grader in elementary school and we visited Nara. She loves Warabi Mochi and Satei Yusui has very good mochi at very good prices.More than 5 years later, she remembered the route to get back to this great little restaurant, and she bee-lined straight for it, and we we able to enjoy it again.Very patient staff, good menu, and nice calm atmosphere. Best of all, it located perfectly for those on that hike from Todaiji to Kasuga Taisha.Don't miss the chance to take a break and have a light snack! If you have never had Warabi Mochi before, trust me, you will enjoy it!
