We've come to dine at this place since a few years ago. Not very often as it's quite far from where we live, but we would always come here whenever we have cravings for Taiwanese food. Prices are very pocket friendly, they have a good selection of food and combo, and it taste good and comforting. We decided to have late lunch here the other day. We were the only customers there. My husband misheard my order number and wrote the order wrongly. The waitress asked if we wanted the fried chicken spicy or not, to which we replied no. And that was the only interaction/conversation we had with her. What came later was 1 drink, and one dessert. We were surprised because we didn't order any dessert. That was the time she came and "repeat" the number we ordered...which is when we realised our mistake. We didn't argue because we wrote wrongly. But all this could have been avoided if they had repeated the order when we gave her the sheet. We overheard her superior asking her "You didn't repeat order?" but we didn't hear what she replied. It wasn't a big deal, but it certainly didn't leave a good feeling. Food arrived very quickly despite having to order after the mistake, but we somehow felt food didn't taste as good as it did back then. It's still good value for money, but we probably won't be craving it as much now. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
