Just got out of zazi. Ordered a cheese toast since I am a vegetarian but got ham in it underneath. There were other ham and cheese toasts ne I specifically ordered just cheese toast. Since the ham was below the cheese, it wasn’t showing so I took two bites and ate a bite of ham too. I went to return the toast and they took it back. And I have had cheese toast in Japan just a day before. There was no ham in that. The old lady was making me another toast, But I got so sad already and completely lost my appetite. at the time of billing they did not even offer any discount on the wrong order or even said sorry. Nothing. The old lady who cooks in the cafe was really unwelcoming. That was rude and unexpected. It was my first meal of the day and I am just taken aback. My experience at this cafe was bad. It could be a good cafe for others. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
